Meet our managerial minds

In a lot of companies, the management team is comprised of paper pushers, limelight lovers, and headline hogs.

Not our team.

They're a smart bunch, sure enough. But frankly, they prefer people to paperwork, substance to the spotlight, and hard work to headlines. They dream big, they think bigger, and they dare their employees, partners, and clients to be mighty.

So we dared them to dress up in their business best to pose for this sassy picture. And because they're team players, they did it.

Here they are, the names and faces behind the experience and passion that is Blue Diesel.

Kelly Gratz

Chief Executive Officer

A possibility thinker with focused determination, Kelly could easily be a one-woman powerhouse. Fortunately, that's not her style.

Rather, Kelly is a confident, determined leader who passionately believes in the depth of talent and breadth of capabilities that Blue Diesel brings to every client engagement.

As CEO, Kelly is responsible for all aspects of the business, from operations to strategic direction to sales and marketing. Clients, staff, and partners appreciate and rely on Kelly's dedication to delivering superior interactive solutions through a well-executed blend of strategy, design, and technology.

Since joining Blue Diesel in 2000, Kelly has led the company in developing innovative interactive solutions, pioneering Tablet PC detailing, and strengthening client relationships through an interactive-centric approach that focuses on the brand experience while integrating data and analytics. She also has expanded operations by opening an East Coast office to better serve a growing business.

Prior to joining Blue Diesel, Kelly served in an executive management position for an e-business software developer and marketer, and spent more than 10 years with a Big Four management consulting group, working with Fortune 500 companies to improve processes and increase overall efficiencies.

He ensures that service delivery expectations are exceeded, and that projects come in on-time and on-budget. Vice President, Technology

Joel Gerber's the kind of guy who's never been satisfied with the status quo. He has big ideas. And, more importantly, he knows how to use them to benefit our clients.

Joel has restructured and expanded the creative and technological capabilities of his team, creating a "tech team extraordinaire" in the process. As a result, Blue Diesel's technology team focuses not just on technology, but on the real business of our clients.
